Founded in June 1993, Min Jung Hong started as a importer of US-made lubricant and a consignee of consumption goods for vehicle. Due to market competitiveness and customers' demands, we established a plant in Douliu industrial area of Yunlin Hsien in 1998 specializing in lubricant, metal machining oils & fluids, soluble oil and grease stick. To raise quality and cooperate with world-famous additive suppliers, we researched and developed maintenance and cleaning goods such as oil suitable for various processing and machinery by customers' demands and formulation technique from additive companies. In 2000, we brought in ISO 9002 quality guarantee system, and upgraded to ISO 9001 next year. During this period of time, all staff were dedicated to the system to reach our high quality goals and make 100% customer satisfactions.

As for the quality examination, an examination room is available. There are constant temperature tanks for 40oC and 100oC each that passed the ASTM D-445 examination standard, several power viscometer for cst viscosity test, several solutions for calibration, a set of ASTM D-92 flash point tester and constant temperature equipment testing low temperature pour point, an automatic water content analyzer, a set of ASTM D-2896 automatic potentiometric titration testing TAN and TBN and ASTM D-1401 water separation index apparatus. We always possess the most serious attitude to run the laboratory to guarantee precise numbers that makes our products meet customers' demands
